BF3 and BF4 were borderline perfect.
Rubberbanding be damned.
Battlefield 1 still has the best atmosphere of all the BF games to date.
And after a few updates it had enough content to make the whole game worthwhile.
Dunno why devs thought releasing with so little content to unlock was a good idea after BF3 and BF4 had so much content
(yes some of the weapons were just reskins but thats better than nothing)
It also had the sickest soundtrack of the bunch.
The new music that came with every update was "chefs kiss" every time.
If BF1 had crossplay I can almost guarantee it would still be the most played Battlefield game.
The lack of content killed it well before people got to really enjoy just how stellar that game actually was.
Once this map starts loading you already know you are about to have an amazing experiences win or lose you are gonna be sweating the whole way through.......closest thing to Operation Metro.
