Played the game so many times that Civvie didn't offer much new insight here. Know it like the back of my hand.

Still I suppose its a good watch for younger viewers who never got around to it.

Probably the best game of all time. God tier single player and multiplayer.

Easier choice when you factor in influence, all the mods/games it spawned, how it basically paved the way for Valve/Steam, etc.

There is no game I have spent more time in than this. The second closest game probably isn't even fucking close. I played this game regularly for YEARS.

HL2 was excellent, but it still wasn't as good as the first game. The first game was just too perfect.

I remember being scared playing ravenholm in Half life 2. The sound of those creatures crawling up the pipes.

Of course i was still young.

Never been a huge PC Gamer but Half-Life is one of those games I played and just absolutely loved. Made me realise what I miss out on playing on console primarily. Not only was the storyline awesome but the creature designs were creepy as hell and really well done.

I hope Half-Life 3 is announced this year. Newell didn't say anything about the codename Citadel though. I loved Alyx would probably want another Single-Player game, cus CSGO and Dota 2 are already there...
