Gundam 00 movie was so shitty, man. Totally different tone from the series, if you remove the Gundams, the narrative look like an generic alien invasion american blockbuster movie.Sigh...
For those unaware...
Gundam Eight, the current Gundam Manga, so this is hardly surprising.
Gundam 00's also pulled the Biomechanical aliens out near 15 years ago for the movie
But this is not a surprise given the current manga push, im only surprised they didn't push Eight in the title.
