I'm still rehabilitating so I'm baby steps. That 100kg lift was more of a test haha. Did notice loss of grip strength in my left hand though.

I don't mind opening my shins but rather the mess.
Today's session is gonna be bloody for sure lmao.
I want to try these before I go full shin guard.
