However, news sites have published articles saying that it was going to be free :

I bought the PS4 game plus the upgrade back then, plus the Yuffiie episode.
I regret nothing.

Though I had preferred to just upgrade the Plus version, obviously.

I just bought ps4 version and upgraded for free to ps5 version. Never played the DLC as it is a separate thing.
No regret. It's a fantastic game worth full price
