I've been following Charles Cornell for a while and I really enjoy his deep analysis videos on video game music/soundtracks.
This one talks about Final Fantasy VI's final boss theme, "Dancing Mad", which Charles says it's an 18 minute, 4 part symphony and a deep dive on how Nobuo Uematsu achieved this.
An interesting watch since there's a lot of "did you know?" moments in there.
