Trophy guides are out, and it seems its a long (125-175 hrs!) , but not terribly difficult plat.

*HOWEVER* One trophy requires difficulty to be set to Hard. Explanation is below and contains no story spoilers, but in case you want to be completely blind I'm tagging it anyway.

Apparently this doesn't affect traversal, only combat and you can drop difficulty without penalty for boss fights and revert back after for deliveries. Delivery score ranking is based on difficulty, so its generally advantageous it seems.
