DCS World 2020 and Beyond!

While 2019 was a monumental year for DCS World, we have even bigger and better things in store for 2020! This not only includes new aircraft like the P-47 Thunderbolt, Mi-24P Hind, and continued development of the F/A-18C Hornet and F-16C Viper, but we will also see detailed aircraft carrier operations with DCS: Supercarrier, and new maps to fly over like the free Marianas Islands map and The Channel map. We will also be releasing updates to the A-10C Warthog and Ka-50 Black Shark (including a free cockpit update).

Most of the Eagle Dynamics team will be focused on improvements to the DCS World core that includes performance improvements, more realistic lighting, a new cloud and weather system, an outstanding damage modeling, a new airfield air traffic control system, air-to-ground radar and Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) sensors, improved missile dynamics, more life-like AI, new AI units, and a dynamic campaign system.

Our 3rd party partners will also be hard at work in 2020 with the F-15E Strike Eagle, MiG-23 Flogger, OH-58 Kiowa Warrior, Syria and Falkland Islands maps, and more.

Later this year, we are looking forward to announcing an eagerly awaited aircraft for DCS World.

We look forward to taking this journey with you, and all of us at Eagle Dynamics thank you for your support.

Sincerely, The Eagle Dynamics Team

Thanks mods for the title change

It's in game footage. DCS (and the modules) has the best trailers in the business.

True question, how the hell these guys get info on front line aircrafts that still are in service (like the f-15e or f-16)?

ps: if the modules and a fligth stick weren't so expensive here, i would dive deep in DCS.

And shame that we don't have a proper fighter aircraft simcade in a long time...

I been watching DCS for some time, building up the hype until I finally made the jump a week ago with getting DCS, FA-18C, F-16C, Spitfire and associated hardware to go with it such as Oculus Rift S (VR in DCS is awesome) and the Thrustmaster Warthog Hotas. I didn't make the cut to becoming a pilot myself back in the days, but I have friends that have flown the Viper (and one that died doing it), so I guess this is as close as I can get to the real thing right now :)

It's kinda of a shame that fighter plane simulators like DCS can't have modern planes because most of their Stats are classified :(
Like the F22 or the Rafale, there is mods yes, but it isn't exactly supported.

I've decided to give the Black Shark another go, played it years ago but want to experience it again.
I also have the F-18C Module, maybe wanna try that out also.
