The new release date trailer just dropped and have to say this is looking spectactular. They fucking nailed the Hellraiser aesthetic, the game is embracing the franchise's signature blend of gothic horror and nightmarish body horror perfectly. In an era where atmosphere is often just as important as gameplay, a truly terrifying and visually striking experience could help it stand apart from other major releases this year. Horror has had a great run recently... adding this to the pot with dark atmosphere, brutal imagery, and faithfulness to Clive Barker's legendary universe your boy is excited.



Drops October 8th.

The game appears to be placing a strong emphasis on narrative too. If the developers can successfully blend cinematic storytelling with tense, immersive gameplay... sheeeeeeeeeit

GOTY contender? lol, no, but it looks cool. I've read all the books and seen all the movies, problem is this is releasing during a super stacked season, many of these devs will suffer for it unfortunately.

I'd say the first four movies are enjoyable on different levels, but yes I agree. They need to just let IPs go, enough!

Nice preview, kind of regret watching it though, the less you see of a game like this before playing the better. Gunplay looks clunky but melee looks meaty, cube mechanics are dope. Love how faithful it seems to be to the universe right down to the notes you find throughout the game that are apparently very sexual, I'm sure Clive Barker approves
