Conspiracy Theories are bad, BUT this JFK scene is a masterpiece in storytelling

The film has issues. It makes up a lot of shit. It has some iconic scenes like the magic bullet theory scene. But this scene is something else. It's a director on top of his game piecing together a very complex theory with flashbacks, voice overs, and some of the most immaculate editing you will see in a movie. The soundtrack is fantastic too. Never realized that The Usual Suspect stole its theme from this scene.

Sutherland's voice over in this scene and the scene after this one where he goes in on the Military industrial complex is just perfect. The top youtube comment says he stole a 3 hour movie with just a 3 minute scene and I couldn't agree more. I dont believe a word he's saying, but he is so convincing I almost want to. What a phenomenal actor.

I am so glad I watched this scene after watching the movie. complete coincidence too. One of my favorite seinfeld scenes ever and a big reason why I love sitcom live audiences. Seinfeld audiences were always in on the joke.

I always took it as a granted that JFK was killed by JSOC/CIA ops.

There's no way LHW pulled that off himself.

back and to the left

IDK if you're quoting Bill Hicks or not, but his standup regarding the JFK assassination was fantastic and hilarious.
