Thought there was a few amusing segments, overall I think Borat is pretty lame. I like how they incorporate real stuff into the "story line" but that's about it

Well, if there was nothing wrong with it he could have come out and said "she was a beautiful reporter and I thought she wanted to have a good time with me so I allowed it to happen", instead he is denying any unprofessional intentions from his behavior.

I'm not sure if he knew she was supposed to be underage or not.

He didn't from the clips we see. I'm sure if there were clips of him knowing she was '15', we would have seen it.

He's denying it because it is embarrassing.

Just finished watching it, we actually watched the first film and this back to back and man, what a downgrade. I agree with others here that it felt too scripted and lost a lot of spark, it felt like a different character would've worked for the story instead of Borat. The political jabs it takes felt less earned this time around compared to the stuff they tackled in the first film, outside of the "fake virus" rally there was little shocking things shown.

the movie would of worked better if he just went 100% scripted. I know he wouldnt of been able to try and make Republicans look bad that way and get blakmail on Giuliani but would have made a more entertaining movie.

Just embrace the whole Borat is to famous thing and go scripted. He should have went complete absurdist satire with this one and made it a meta 4th wall breaking over the top comedy. Borat becomes POTUS or some crazy shit like that.

Nah I dislike most of his scripted stuff. Don’t find it as funny either. This movie was a bit of a miss but I probably wouldn’t of even watched it if the whole thing was scripted. His Ali G interviews are the best but his scripted movie was one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen.
