No, like I said in my earlier post, 2013 is my favorite (1999 the all-time favorite).

The point was to portray that the "2014 had no games" meme is factually wrong.

2010 and 2011 by far. To me gaming declined in 2012. There's been good years since but never in the same creative proportions than we had before.

2010 was Fallout New Vegas, Vanquish, Starcraft 2, Bayonetta (in Europe), Donkey Kong Country Returns, Bad Company 2, Demon's Souls (in Europe), Peace Walker, Deadly Premonition, Heartgold/Soulsilver, Mass Effect 2, Red Dead Redemption, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Super Meat Boy, Darksiders, Mafia 2, Halo Reach, No More Heroes 2, God of War 3, and i can go on. So many great AAA. So yeah even 2017 doesn't compare at all for me.

2015 was nice, but 2017 was even better.

The 2010s were pretty dire at the start, tho thankfully the second half got better as a whole.
