God of War 2018 outsold Halo 3 (the most popular Halo) by 5 million, and Halo isn't half as popular anymore
Irrelevant. GOW is now in the 20 million leagues, and short of an epic screw up it will continue that pathHalo 5 had 1/4th the install base as God of War (2018) when each released.
Halo Infinite will have 6 times the install base as Ragnarok when both release.
Plus, there's that F2P multiplayer juggernaut that Halo 5 and Ragnarok never/won't have.
Good luck indeed.

Halo had never been that popular. F2P might be the bridge to get there, but the SP portion outselling GOW is a laughable prediction
Nevermind getting into how toxic and poor the reception of the game has been so far. You think its going to be converting non Halo fans?
The chances of a singleplayer, $60-70 title being bigger than a massively hyped F2P game are fairly slim. That's not a commentary on the quality of the games but rather the audience reach. As a PC gamer, I'm primarily interested in Halo: Infinite for its singleplayer, and hope the year delay is enough to turn it around.
There's that too, but I was referring to the MP component being F2P even without Game Pass. GP will boost numbers across the board, but the MP being F2P will be huge. It does seem a little unfair to GoW in that regard because you can't compete with free. Assuming MS has their ducks in a row with the Chinese market and things like that, they could be looking at huge, huge player numbers for the MP if the MP doesn't suck.Lets not forget that Halo Infinite will be the first Halo game on Game Pass day 1. Game Pass right now is probaly at 20 Million and it will be at least 30 Million by next holiday.
In ancient greece homosexuality was way too normal, so... it is expected.I'm anticipating Craig to replace Master Chief as the new mascot for Halo: Infinite.
I'm also anticipating Kratos' son to come out as a homosexual in Ragnarok and exile himself to Portland, Oregon.
Did I miss something... Why are people saying Halo Infinite is a f2p title?
