I don't see it at all, except for them being open world but so are a lot of other games.

Both are massive open world fantasy RPG’s.
Elden Ring plays out more like Morrowind than Oblivion/Skyrim though.

I commented on this one or two weeks ago and people were clowning on me. Kadokawa would never let FromSoftware slide for less than 5-7 billion. God knows how much they would ask now after Elden Ring's success.

Kadokawa including From, which is a drop in their bucket, could be acquired for 5 to 6 billion MAX. What are you on?
