Are you only playing with other Switch users? if so it has to be the dumbest userbase I've ever experienced..
my son insisted I play with him the day it came out and I swear every single game it would start, one person would stand still at spawn and within 10 seconds a meeting is called and they are making accusations .. it was so dumb we just voted the person who called the meeting and when they were tossed we noticed they even voted for themselves.. this happened seriously.. every single game we got in.

Wow, if this is how it is I'm not sure I want to play again.. maybe I have to find out of there are rules to limit the meetings being called until there is a reason to call them.
