Sorry but all the complaints still there.
Animation? check
Combat? check
Bugs? check
All the problems still there, and while the game got a lot bigger, so did the problems (with barely any improvement over Oblivion)
First of all, how did the game get bigger? It's about the same size as Oblivion I'd say.
Secondly, the 3 complaints you listed aren't even close to "all" the problems Oblivion had, or even the most important ones. What about repetitve dungeons design? Lack of distinctive geographical features? Horrendous character models? Extreme loot and enemy scaling? Or, most importantly, the completely broken character progression system? All fixed or greatly improved.
Thirdly, even the ones you mentioned are generally improved.
Animation? Not on the level of chest-high wall shooters, but much better than in any open-world RPG I can think of.
Combat? I can't say anything about melee, but spellcasting is infinitely more diverse and visceral than in Oblivion.
Bugs? Again, I can only speak from my own experience: I played for 90 hours with 2 crashes and not a single quest bug. That's infinitely better than any other Bethesda RPG ever.
