Some video game weapons are just too much. Here are some insanely OP guns that needed to be fixed, banned, or cut from games entirely.

I remember mopping up the sewers in CS_Militia with the AWP back in the beta days. The AWP was ridiculously strong double and triple kills were easy.

The Gjallarhorn from Destiny 1. It was not removed but it was nerfed nonetheless.

 

[Hawking Radiation]

Dunno about weapon bans or removals but the M1A Rifle from Division 2 could 1 tap PVP players with a full on tank build.
It was pretty much the only thing people used for a short while.

Got nerfed but today (with the right build) it is still a beast.
