So you approve of killing innocent civilians?

No, but it's the CIA. The same organization that has funded revolutions that lead to dictators and killed thousands of people. The CIA has two purposes, killing people America wants dead, and finding out about said people. Killing and doing the dirty work, is dirty. I don't condone violence against civilians, but let's not forget what these people are paid to do.

One could argue that an extramarital affair actually makes someone more effective at their job.

Case in point: Tiger Woods

Though I guess the leverage issue is definitely a problem here...

She wasn't just any woman. No wonder he had to resign

The Benghazi story has been ugly for weeks, I'm stunned the administration has done so little to address it. The conspiracy (Obama let 4 Americans die) is ridiculous, but clearly we need answers.

MSNBC is now reporting Paula Broadwell is being investigating for allegedly unauthorised access into the Director's email.

Why doesn't the CIA just have in-house prostitutes for this kind of thing? They keep all the secrets, especially what's been in their holes.

What kind of woman was she? I'm not sure I follow.

Paula Broadwell is a research associate at Harvard University's Center for Public Leadership and a PhD candidate in the Department of War Studies at King's College London. She spent much of the past year in Afghanistan as an embedded author, building upon her previous two-year pursuit of a doctoral dissertation: a study in transformational leadership and organizational innovation influenced by U.S. Army General David Petraeus.

Her most recent work is entitled 'All In', a biography on Petraeus. Her website claims she was given "extensive access" by him and his colleagues.

I remember her interview on The Daily Show where she was talking about the Petraeus book she wrote... now it all seems so obvious.

Why would a biographer access his emails? The fact that its described as 'unauthorised' suggests this wasn't his personal email account....

Well shit. I remember her from an episode of The Daily Show.

I can't seem to find any article linking her to this incident. Are we just jumping to conclusion right now because she's an attractive lady that we know has spent time with Petraeus?

It is all over twitter. A few journalists are saying her name is being whispered around, but no one is going to report on it just yet. The Druge Report has an interesting home page right now as well, hinting at the identity of this mistress. Then more recently, the FBI investigation into her has been revealed by NBC and MSNBC

Slate confirmed it.

Well, it's so close to the election, we can have it annulled right?

Because we don't want a president who allows his subordinates to conduct themselves in an liberal manner.

Who gives a fuck

If the man is qualified for his job then it should be between him and his wife.

Maybe he resigned because she got into his work email and got info? Plus she was embedded with him overseas in a warzone.

Maybe it is considered not the normal cheating with somebody at work.

I am usually who cares as well, but being head of the CIA is complicating things.

She's probably one of those girls that forces their boyfriends to give them their email, Facebook, and whatever else's passwords.

"David, I know we're only having an affair in a warzone, but I need everything. Otherwise, this isn't going to work."

The fact that she was caught going into his work email makes me suspicious of her motives. Anyway, title needs to be updated because we now have our context. He resigned because he had an affair with a woman who was browsing sensitive information
