FUCK YESSSSSS!!!
At a competitive level yeah. A. Football and basketball are more developed inside school systems. That's a private soccer club which requires coaches, refs, staff, travel expenses. That's crazy.
Is it cheaper for kids to play American football and basketball in the States than it is to play footy?
Best make it 20If this score remains as is, watch them get 15+min of stoppage time.
I said it was fixed for an African country to win itMorocco v Egypt in the final

Argentina is washed.
good one mateNow that's what I call كورة
My understanding is that outside of America those soccer clubs get some proceeds when a player goes pro so it's subsidized, not the case in America so the parents have to front the costs.
I don't see it overtaking Baseball anytime soon either, I'm just saying it's bigger than Hockey.I can't see it overtaking the American pastime of Baseball.
I would love to see an English sport dominant the USA, but I can't see it. NFL and NBA is in your DNA, football isn't.
To be a great football nation, you need to live, breathe and eat football. It needs to be bigger than religion. In fact, it needs to be a religion. The US are far from that. In fact, I'd say NFL and College American football is the sporting religion of the US and always will be. I used to think footy would be the number one sport in the US, but there is no way it will take over NBA or NFL.
It's a culture thing. NFL, NBA ans MLB are a cornerstone of American culture, footy isn't. That isn't a bad thing. It's what makes the US great, and this unique culture is spreading. NFL is getting a pretty big following in Europe, especially the UK.
As I said in my previous post, although the US are far from becoming a massive football nation, they could easily be a great Rugby nation. You already have the talent for Rugby and are hosting the 2031 World cup. I could actually see the US being world contenders in Rugby in the not too distant future. The US team rugby logo also goes hard and I have a massive soft spot for the US Ruby team.
You're in the world cup next year in Australia and looking at your group, I fancy the US reaching the knockout stages.
if swiss wins as well then north and south america are out of the tournament lol
