Fable will be as close to Christmas as it can be.Good summer title.
Assuming Gears had a chance at October 2026. That puts Fable potentially early this year.
Source, my ass.
Japanese dubHave they finally removed the cringe commentary? We'll see when the time comes
Yeah, my favorite is FH3 but every single one after is still a 9+. Can't wait!![]()
Fuckin love these games. Will be there day one.
This.I REALLY hope they switched up the progression. After playing TXR 2025 I really miss the way old games handled it. Showering you in supercars after 1 hour of playing kills these games for me.
Mute voices. Subtitles off. Problem solved. Stupid ass optional commentary is the least of Forza Horizons problems.Have they finally removed the cringe commentary? We'll see when the time comes

Maybe but I turn off VA on several games I play a lot as too many times the one liners on repeat get oldCall me crazy but If you need to remove the voices and subtitles just to enjoy a game, maybe the developers messed up somewhere.
My main concern really. I've bought FH5 three times (Xbox/Steam/PS5) and dropped it every time. There's simply no reason to play when you have millions and cars like Senna almost from the start.Let's see if they fuck up the progression again.

My only hope honestly. They can even keep the annoyingly over enthusiastic hosts talking bullshit in unskippable cutscenes, as long as they get the progression rightI REALLY hope they switched up the progression. I play it to experience new usermade Eventlab races and unlock classics (that cannot be purchased). Originally I was aiming for a DMC Delorean but now I am looking to acquire an Alfa Romeo 8C Competition. Even though they have both made appearances in past releases the handling is different. It was really fun to do virtual tourism, reckless driving, stunts, and Hot Wheels DLC races. My main concern really. I've bought FH5 three times (Xbox/Steam/PS5) and dropped it every time. And the worst part is they perfected the formula with 3 and then decided to dumb down the progression system and tone up the cringe in 4 and 5.Nice, I just hope this is a new entry in the series and not Forza Horizon 2 for the the 5th time!

The lines were zoomer cringe as well in FH5. Like a total parody, but it wasn't. Especially the one girl and her eye rolling "Spanglish."Maybe but I turn off VA on several games I play a lot as too many times the one liners on repeat get old
the most important partwaifus
Agreed. Have they even shown, like any details about the game beyond the setting?I hope they change the unlock structure a bit, no real incentive to play for long when you can just use top tier cars basically straight away. Needs much better sense of progression.

Xbox are showing more on the 22nd Jan.Agreed. Have they even shown, like any details about the game beyond the setting?
I recently played it again and there is room for improvement. I mean the whole progression is quite quickly done and than you are ending up with MMO style endgame. Log in every week, do the new events in two hours and that was it again. There is not much incentive to keep on playing, unless you want to collect all cars, which is again being put behind a gambling style minigame (a fortune wheel...wtf!?). When you have such relatively short progression than at least you need some more interesting endgame. Longer, better championships would be cool. Or even merge some Forza Motorsport stuff into Horizon. You guys crying about the progression are killing me. Just because events are unlocked doesn't mean you are forced to do them. The event structure is wide open and if you want to do nothing but off-road, that is available to you. Nothing but track racing, thats available to you. Nothing but rally, that too is available to you. It was completely open ended and it was what YOU made of it. I, for one, loved getting a mix of lower tier and max tiered reward cars and events. It kept options open on what to do next instead of being funneled into single event styles or a single lower class. The crying never ends. If they would have made a more curated progression system people would have been bitching about how linear it is and how they want more freedom. They can't win. Can't we all just agree that really its the human elements (story, voice acting, wokeness) that actually truly suck?
