Because I don’t state Ukraine hasn’t made a valiant effort doesn’t mean I ain’t proud of what they’ve achieved. My ire is with NATO and their wishy washiness of support. Sure it’s coming now, but it’s obvious this war is going to go on for years. So why are they so hesitant to train on NATO Fighters and not giving long range bombs? Even if NATO entere the war and they were wound/kill 2000 soldiers per day. It would still take them 2 years to kill 1,000,000 soldiers.
Ukraine is facing off against the so called second best army in the world and it’s clear now the Russians are not going to give up so easily, so why all the hesitancy?
Especially with an election in the US looming next year. We should be aiming to end this as quick as possible. That means giving/training Ukraine on all the weapons now.

Agreed. I don’t think this guy deserved a ban, at all. The awful dogpiling and name calling he got for not being 10000000000% convinced that of course Ukraine is going to wipe the floor with Russia was absolutely uncalled for. Wanting someone to win and having absolute confidence someone will win are not the same thing. And, for the record, I believe Ukraine will win but it will be a long time, and hundred thousands more will die, on both sides.
Ye it's sad to see how well indoctrination works, even better now prolly with the current education level in most developped countries.

Well, apparently the mod who banned him did think he was far too often coming across as siding with the Russians.
And from what I remember before I blocked him, he came across as quite schizophrenic; coming across as on Russia's side in one post, and then criticising them in another. Few (if any) seemed to offer any praise to Ukraine though. We shouldn't have blind love for Ukraine here, but he was pretty lopsided.
Anyway, enough with that. He's gone and I don't think we're really supposed to discuss meta things like this.
Back on topic: it's looking like it not much is going to change for about a month, but then any offensives are going to take place.

Man, the current situation is just a lesson on how inept people we voted to power are.
1. Russia will not win, or at least doesn't seem like they are capable / willing to win.
2. The West could end it much faster by giving more weapons instead of dragging their feet.
3. Everyone suffers and is annoyed.
