You may have been joking, but that's kinda my process (no pun intended?). I eat particular foods that are gonna make my dumps glorious triumphs over death. Oat cereal, chickpeas, salads with mostly crunches veggies, an apple a day. Getting up to poop is one of my morning highlights. And that's what's making the current diet I'm on suck. The food is good (eggs, more fish, etc.), but the dumps are those endless-wipe dumps. Ugh... But I've lost 6lbs in about a week and a half.

Yeah, at first I was trying just all lean proteins. But I had to have my salad and apple. So, trying to cut most other carbs (besides the chickpeas, which I do every other day). We'll see what happens next Wednesday when I weigh myself again.

I meant if you're of a certain country's descent.

I went to Costco for the first time ever today. Only signed up to get cheap(er) petrol prices but decided might as well go in and have a look about the warehouse. I know it's a place to buy shit in bulk but I don't need that much crap! All I bought was some curries and pakora Everyone else had carts full of fuck knows what and here was me carrying a couple containers of food. I didn't like it and can't see myself shopping there every week or even month. The prices aren't even that good to be honest. and three times I had someone try to sell me on their rewards card. If i'm going to be pestered constantly to sign up for shit after already paying a membership fee that I'm staying away from it.
I've heard how good their cake and hotdogs are. So I guess I need to try them. I saw people at the hotdog place and there was no way I was going near it. They were all like fucking vultures! That shit is embarrassing.
The photo they took for my card is a riot. They used a crappy webcam to take it.
