Are the Pulse 3D Wireless Headphones good? I'm in a market for a headset but a lot of them are not for PS5...

This site should help you.

I've tried the Pulse 3D on PS5 and PC and sounds wonderful. Had Astro A40 before, 2018 model I think, with the mixamp and it's shit in comparison. What I like about Pulse 3D is the sound clarity of trebles and clean bass. Of course, I'm not an audiophile so maybe someone else would give a better feedback, but to me so far it's the best headset I've ever tested.

Yes, they are good. Easily among the best headphones for that price (at least for actual listening). I haven't used the mic except one time, while my friend uses his Pulse 3D mic quite frequently and it sounds pretty good considering there's no mic arm. I prefer a standalone USB mic, so that's what I use.

I had to buy 2 headsets recently bc my platinum playstation ones broke (wear and tear snapped a cuff) and my gf needed one.

So I bought both the Arcis 7p and Pulse 3D. Pulse 3D is pretty nice. Being able to shift game/chat audio levels with the headset is the best feature (was the same on the platinum).

The audio is good. The only slight issue is the mic. The quality head on is great but if u plan on taking it off and talking like I do sometimes if Im with friends but still in a party or whatever, ur voice will not carry at all. The boom mic with Arcis alleviates this

Is this headset worth it?
For $100 yes, if you don't want to just plug a pair of headphones into your controller.

I have it and I like it. Its comfortable, sounds good, and they just added an EQ for it on PS5. Not the best sound ever, but good. Connects fast & easy to the console. Good battery life too. And it works with PS4, PC, Mac, phones. Has a USB-C port for charging. Easy toggle on the earpiece for game & voice chat volumes. Comes with a 3.5mm headset cable for wired connection, too.

Thanks for the info! I might pick one up sometime soon

I love mine had them since launch.

this new OS update has a nice mixer also and profiles I believe to tweak sound.
