Remastered or remaked? Because Remaster could be like PC version, which even if you crank the resolution look really blurry.

Remaster using a different engine. They're not going to change nothing besides visual.

Well "remasters" mostly means change in config, so if they do more of that, that's nice to hear.

Trailer?

Original game holds up pretty well. And althought a game about light and darkness is the first thing you think should have RTX, I don't know how much would Alan Wake benefit from it since you would light everything with the flashlight.

I hope they improve the stone face animations of the original.

New engine and new assets then im all for it.
Hopefully using the full bevy of RT features Northlight engine is capable of.

If its just the PC version cranked up to 4K then not impressed.

I played it and finished it on the 360, but I don't remember anything at all. Except for some dude DJ'ing in the middle of nowhere, and Alan's wife walking around in her underwear.

Exciting news!

I've been wanting to play this game again as I loved it back when it came out. Guess I'll be waiting for the Remastered version and, bonus, it's coming soon so not long to wait now!

Dear Sam Lake,
Thanks for all the great games over the years. Could I please ask you a favor and if possible drop the PS4 and Xbox One versions so you can really knock it out of the park with PC, PS5 and Series X. Thanks in advance and Yours truly,

Never played it, but thought Control was more like Quantum Break?
It is an evolution of Quantum Break, yes. And a much better game. Get it!

AW was good, but I always thought it was a bit overrated. I was a big fan of Max Payne and I expected something as impactful. I'll happily jump back with this remaster.

Anything new with it, besides visual upgrade?

Fun game, will definitely get it again due to my 360 being an absolute mess. I gotta hit the top of it to get the disc tray to come out. The process is embarrassing. Dogs barking and shit, thinking someone is trying to break into the house. lol.

Does Epic own Remedy now? I seem to remember them buying it. Shame if so, but the originals still hold up well enough for an occasional replay on PC for me.
