Improved framerate, resolution and loading have no bearing on game size or length when it's running on better hardware; AC unity isn't suddenly gonna break cause now I can reach 60fps on it, or UHD.

Really? Then why have we seen open world games get even buggier at times with simple optimizations patches? These games have complexities that linear games simply do not have. You really want to pretend that has no bearing on anything at all with these upgrades?

If some patch broke something in some game, or made it more buggy, it's probably because they did more than just allow improved framerates and resolution.

Also you should really count ALL of the post launch content that they added for free to ALL versions.

I don't think it's over the top to say, owning an xbox and Game pass...almost every other week you have something new to boot up without having to spend another penny over your subscription and a lot of older games get free of charge upgrades to series versions.

Yeah, im not a fan of the route sony’s taken in regard to updates. Spiderman wasnt much better. Microsofts is objectively better for the customer, but sony is making alot of money off these at the end of the day, so it doesnt make a huge difference for them. All my friends circle are delighted to get an expansion day 1 and ps5 upgrade for just $30. And the Multiplayer getting new content too. I bought ghost a few months after launch for $40. The entire experience will cost me $70 in the end. I got the game of the year after TLOU with awesome Multiplayer. Why would I be mad?

I'm good. I had a PS5 and a PS4 before that. TLOU2 is woke SJW trash that not everyone agrees is a GOTY, GOT was decent but not a system seller.

I'll be playing Halo Infinite, Perfect Dark Reboot, Starfield, Forza Horizon 5, The next Elder Scrolls, Hellblade 2 and other greats all day 1 on GP.

I wasn't even bragging, just making a point that as ever Sony fan boys simply can't cope with any positive XB news. Literally get over it.

Luckily, this is a short-term problem since we'll have PS5/XSX only releases soon so this will quickly become a non-issue. I personally can't wait for that to be the case.

That being said, I'm not paying $10 for HD Rumble and 3D audio lol
