Elder Scrolls Online: Console Enhanced for PS5 and Xbox Series will now launch June 15th

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Well at least I can use a controller. I remember that being an issue with the PC version. I used all kinds of things like Xpadder to play with a controller. Will be nice to have a console interface with controller.
They actually updated the PC version a few years ago - you can go into the settings and put the game in "controller mode", which then gives you the same interface as the console version and works with pretty much any controller (I use an Xbox One pad and it works great).

For what it's worth.

Is there a gaf ot? I'm new to the game, bought it a few months back and heard about the next gen patch and decided to wait for it. I'm only around level 5

Well, I'm a digital ps5 and it won't let me upgrade. I bought the previous digital version of the game in January or so and it wont show me a version that I can upgrade. Do I need the newest expansion too?

Edit:. According to the forums on their site this is an issue they are looking in to. I deleted mine and am redownloading it to see if that helps but I doubt t.

Sony needs to fix this kind of stuff if they are doing more criss gen stuff.

Anyone have any ideas to how to change my log in details on Xbox. I played 3 years ago and I have forgot my details when I try to log in there are no options to change details. I've searched online and all I can find is to change details for PC version asking what year I was born and my billing address etc and I never entered those details before. Is there a page for changing details on the console version ?

Try to via: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ and then connect your xbox live account? Clicking the xbox logo and then log in? See if you can change details there maybe.

I have the same problem with FFXIV. I linked my PSN to an email address in 2013 when I signed up to the PS3 beta and I've since lost access that email.

Given that your PSN is permanently linked to the first ever Square Enix account you create, I can never play FFXIV again as they don't let you reassign the PSN on your Square Account.

Good luck friend, hopefully Zenimax customer support are a bit more forgiving than Squares.

I think I signed up on my Ps4 originally and played for about a hour. I've managed to activate my account on Xbox, I think I had to reactivate via the email I used when I first signed up(2016) and I got message that it was too old and then they sent me through a new activation link and it worked straight away.

Enjoying the game. Never really been into these types, but I quite like it. It looks a lot better and the 60fps helps a lot.

I had the exact same issue. Square will let you change it but it is a real ordeal so I just said screw it and bought a different game. Why they don't just tie it to psn or whatever boggles the mind.

Got to level 10. I'm rather enjoying it.

I have 1000 crowns it appears. Any suggestions on what to use it on? Or should I wait? Is it better to use the experience scrolls now or later? I assume soon?

I haven't had a chance to jump back in on my Series X yet thanks to work. Series X folks, is it much improved from the Xbox One X BC version?

Yes, loads! Draw distance is miles better (excuse the pun) and it has a 60FPS option. Defo worth the upgrade on Series X.

Yeah that draw distance increase is really nice. I can finally see the waypoints much easier now. Which improves my traversal a lot!

So Gamepass Ultimate users are able to play this free?

I recently tried FFXIV....got REALLY overwhelmed. I'm contiplating if I should even bother giving this a chance since I plan to play solo for most of it.

This game lets you just play at your own pace, the world levels with your character and when Tamriel Unlimited came out you can explore anywhere you want without any Level or home city limits.

I keep trying and trying to get into this.. ugh. maybe it's my class that I chose I don't know. I've been stuck at lvl 20 for ages. I might download and try again.

Me too. This will be my 4th time trying to get into it. The first few hours just seem really really dry. I'll play it for at least 10 hours this time - will set myself this goal. If it doesn't grab me by then... I'll wait till Christmas to give it my 5th go!

I had the same issue, because starting way too late after all the content and such. And specialy One Tamriel update kinda screwed the story and level progression on how it used to be.

So I decided to do it chronological, to get most out of it. And I have now just completed Morrowind expansion (which were awesome btw), and ready to go one with minor DLC dungeons before Clockwork City. Spent about 3-4 months, but dont get that much playtime each day.

Step by step guide in text format: A CLEAR STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO PLAYING ESO IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER — Elder Scrolls Online
Graphical flowchart on how to do the story: lfzcb3da62t51.png (4505×4203) (redd.it)

I use both the text format to read and then the graphical one to get minor stuff in addition. Helps me out extremely well, because ESO is very overwhelming for new players.

Does this game have a large community on consoles? I think I tried it way back on ps4 launch. Since I own the base game, I'm gonna try it again on ps5.

Not sure about PS, but Xbox is always well populated by other players.

Game looks incredible on a Series X (and PS5, too, I'd assume). 1440p with max sliders @ 60FPS, rock solid, is pretty incredible. Draw distance, textures, lighting, water, shadows, everything was cranked to max. Really impressed with the patch. Especially impressed that it holds 60 FPS in Cyro zergfests.

It seems to. I'm in an older area and there are usually people running around. Some places are less populated but that's true of any MMO at anytime

Anyone having audio issues on ps5? When I boot it up it seemed to play audio late. Once it started it was on time, just was silent for the boot.

Also had a crash last night. Seems it could use a bit of patching
