Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.

Does that make the new Model S Plaid (at $120,000) the world's most expensive gaming machine?

Why? Besides this fells like it wouldn't be legal in many countries. Self driving or not, you still need to keep your eyes on the road.

The center console won't allow you to play games while the car is moving. Though playing in the backseat is possible, so I imagine some idiots will put the car in self-driving mode then hop in the back...

This is one of those features that sound cool but I'm never just sitting in my car with time to kill to play games.
I bought a 17 inch laptop and a wheel desk so that I can game during my mandatory one hour lunch break at work. Actually it's worked out really well!

This seems really dumb and just a way to sell overpriced hardware as a package. Only useful when you're waiting as your car charges on a road trip I guess. But with a rollout of 5g it would make more sense to me to just stream games to the car.

Just as I am waiting for the notchless iPhone, I shall wait for the fully self-driving Tesla so this feature can be put to good use.
