A new PlayStation 5 exclusive FINAL FANTASY game will be announced in June

Coming from Navtra, who has leaked tons of Square stuff during the past year (Project Athia, Final Fantasy XVI's exclusivity, Avengers' Spider-Man PlayStation exclusivity, FF7 Remake Intergrade, Life Is Strange: True Colors...)
I believe you can expect at least one more major FF announcement in addition to updates on the currently announced stuff (XVI/Endwalker/VIIR).

It should be a good E3 season for Square overall.
I don't know their exact E3 schedule, but I'm guessing based on knowledge of what games they have in development, how far in they are, and their target release dates. So take it with a grain of salt.

I believe we're getting two major SE reveals this June: A PS5 exclusive FF title, and a cross-gen Eidos title.

UPDATE
Just to set expectations: It's something new. Not as high-end as FFXVI or Forespoken but certainly more significant than World of FF or a remaster. Conceptually, I think it might be up many people' alley.

Yes, [it's an RPG].

Wait Eidos is doing this? Why rather not new Lara Croft or something, be it exclusive.

They already have that FFXIV expansion, FFXVI, FFVIIR Intergrade and Forspoken. I wouldn't expect another big Square JRPG game to be released until maybe 2023 or so, so if this is real maybe it's FFVIIR ep.2 because it may match with both the dates and the PS exclusivity.

Everyone who has championed XBox having exclusive Bethesda titles cannot moan if Final Fantasy goes exclusive to Sony.

I think it’s all great. Exclusives breed competition, which is of benefit to us gamers.
These Final Fantasy exclusives are mostly 3rd party timed console exclusives, which I think are less harmful for everybody than full exclusives. Sooner or later the players from other platforms also can play them and the publisher/dev ends getting both revenue from the money hatting and from releasing the game everywhere.

Half a year after they were purchased, Bethesda still has to announce their first MS exclusive. The Xbox CFO said their focus with Bethesda will be 'first or best' on Xbox and Phil said not all Bethesda games will be exclusive, that they will support existing communities in other platforms and that they will release exclusive (didn't specify if timed console exclusives or full console exclusives) stuff 'on platforms where Game Pass exist'. So who knows, specially after seeing Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons maybe some future Bethesda end being multi since day one and other ones are timed console exclusives.

We still have to wait and see a lot the real meaning of Bethesda now being a MS 1st party. As an example, they can announce Starfiled for Xbox and PC this E3 and a year after its release to see it announced for PS5. Or not, it may be a full console exclusive, or a multi game since day one. Or since Sony was negotiating a timed exclusive just before MS purchased Bethesda, it's even possible that maybe Sony already secured a PS timed exclusive for Starfield. Who knows. As I said, we'll have to wait and see. As of now, this year MS will release Deathloop, Ghostwire Tokyo and Psyconauts 2 on PlayStation.

FFXII is a 2006 game, that's 15 years, buddy. This franchise is alive because of the name and pretty graphics.
Each expansion for FFXIV has added more storyline than practically every other FF title in history. Final Fantasy as a whole is alive because of the name and pretty graphics....
FFXIV: A Realm Reborn 2013
FFXIV: Heavensward 2015
FFXIV: Stormblood 2017
FFXIV: Shadowbringers 2019
FFXIV: Endwalker 2021 (soooooooon)

Not really salt, more like dissatisfaction from an old fan. The best final fantasy games these days are remasters and remakes. And yes, I hyped 15 all those years.
To the point, it's hard to make an JRPG like we had back on 16/32bits era. We have Persona and that's pretty much it, and even that has limitations.

I believe FF7R is a step in the right direction and I enjoyed FFXV as well.

JRPGs don't have the budget to reproduce that experience nowadays unless it's split into parts like FF7R.

Dissidia or … FF 5 REMAKE YEAAAAA.

Seriously, I could see a Dissidia announcement. The most obvious would be FFVII-2 but that wouldn’t surprise anyone already. FFXVII Online would be a little too soon considering FFXIV’s expansions but it’s been over a decade with the game as a whole.

Yet another title announced would be a distraction to what they have on the way too.
