They're actually working on that right now. I'm pretty active in the discord server.
Mhm, no, it's ineffective against temporal aliasing. Game just needs good TAA solution.

Yeah it's like we got the early access version, hopefully it means they have something really good lined up for June's PS+ to explain why this was forced forward.

I feel like the loading times have improved with this hot fix too but I could be wrong. Regardless they are a lot better than the PS4 version.

I just noticed that this patch also has engaged motion blur. Previous version had no motion blur at all.

I think they've improved as well. Just loaded up a race in 4 seconds. It used to take about 8.

Yes and no one gave a fuck about it, even though being on PS Now for a while as well. PS Plus just gave it a proper exposure, although was planning to buy the PS5 version day one myself.

No, since that's not how it works. If you have texture just like a white box, it does not leak outside of boundaries of said texture. Those textures without high enough AF, are blurry, but within their boundaries, it does not blur anything outside of said texture. Hopefully it made sense. If this would be juts painted on the top of the road, then yes it would work like you are saying.
Wouldn't this part be blurry as F the further away it was if it was just AF?
There are DOZENS of us, who bought it day one, because we played Flatout 2 during the high school graduation, waiting for uni and we wanted to relive that sex, drugs and gaming type of good times : D

I personally viewed it as just Destruction Derby, nothing more. I'm enjoying mostly the racing part of the game, that I didn't know it existed. So personally I think it's not been marketed properly.
While Destruction Derby would be fun, but not worth it now. And this is just a lot more than Destruction Derby, this is a fucking solid racing gaming with lots of funky stuff inside!

Yes there is definately some bad marketing going on here, I barely heard of it when it first hit, didn't even check it out, thought it was some crap pc port or something 3/10.
Turns out it's a really great and fun game, it needs a relaunch or something......
In terms of the name, at first you think maybe it's perfect, but maybe it doesn't convey the racing aspect at all?

Yes the name also being a small team gives you a feel that this is a low key Destruction Derby. Honestly, this game feels like AAA content! I made some videos and screenshots, sharing them later. I've beaten the Career mode but didn't check MP nor I'm excited about MP. The Career mode offers so much content and feels really on par with well known AAA car games.

From gamer to gamer here, and i swear i'm not trying to start console wars, but i should say it.
This is far from the only great game console players might be in the dark about, at least among the ones that don't follow the PC market closely.
Also, its really important to not judge games like this by their cover (as you've probably realized).
Pretty sure there are many people who ooked at this game:
And immediately dismissed as some dumb indie game with pixel graphics, when its in fact one of the best hack'n'slash + semi-open world and RPG elements from recent years, with far more content and content variety than its AAA 3D counterparts like God of War and Nier.

Ok I don't wanna sound harsh but that game in the spoiler is an instant pass even if had the best story in the history of humankind. Such games are playable around late 1980's and early 1990's, and I've passed that era now.
I was waiting for Star Citizen because can play it on Ultra/High with my current PC but that game will never be finalized.

Watched the whole thing. It looks very interesting, and looks like a very good game but it's impossible for me to play such a thing. Also not a big JRPG fan. Glad you're enjoying it!

I hate how Wreckfest forces controller sounds though. If you mute your controller speaker, then you don't get ANY audio for things like hitting tires or crashing into other cars and stuff. They need to fix this. Also, I encountered some screen tearing during one race. Screen tearing... in 2021... why is it still a thing?
