Ds4 triggers were fantastic though. My fav triggers.Xbox is now the FPS and RPG console.
Did Sony change the trigger shape or material at all except for the trigger resistance things on the new Dualsense? Cause they are still trash if they didn't.
I did very well with the Ps4 controller on BF 4 but got tons of cramping starting out. I would constantly have to pop off the R1/L1 and clean it and use pencil graphite to coat the connections so they don't stick as much. I just never feel like Sony controllers ever had real triggers, they always felt like buttons trying to be triggers. I luckily didn't have my analog sticks crumble like my friend did.Ds4 triggers were fantastic though. My fav triggers.
The question I have is did series changed shoulder buttons and triggers since I have slim controller and lb rb are terrible and triggers are too smooth with no feedback are all.
Btw any idea if series controller work on old xbox one pc dongle?
I'd argue that PS has the better JRPGs, fighting games, platformers and horror gamesto be honest, Xbox is better at racing games, FPS, wrpg, and hopefully with aoe we will see more rts on consoles. Sony have a one category that they “own” - 3rd person interactive movies
Same. I love Remedy! They're so underratedI only care about Stalker and Crossfire's SP campaign since Remedy is doing it.
Hilarious how far fanboys will go to discredit other brands because they feel the need t make their brand feel superior, very pathetic.Halo will definitely be a big exclusive, but others? Honestly, I never even heard about more than half of them.
I also wouldn't be surprised if Stalker 2 miss the deadline and won't be released in 2021. GSC games always had multiple delays.
Genuine questions here: is it even posible to have those trigger effects during competitive play or would it put you at a disadvantage? What is the general consensus?Personally speaking, that fucking dual sense controller has put its spell onto me. Love modern warfare, but I keep playing Cold War because of the feels.
So, no - Xbox FPS ain’t cutting it for the enlightened!
I play with it multiplayer just fine. About 2:1 kd and 6:1 win ratio.Genuine questions here: is it even posible to have those trigger effects during competitive play or would it put you at a disadvantage? What is the general consensus?
No matter what the fanboys say: GTFO with the added trigger pull time in mp.Genuine questions here: is it even posible to have those trigger effects during competitive play or would it put you at a disadvantage? What is the general consensus?
Are you some kind of elite esports player shaving off every millisecond? No matter what the fanboys say: GTFO with the added trigger pull time in mp.
Not only it will put you at a disadvantage but it's tiring and useless. Cute in sp tho.
Dude, only thing that is hilarious is your hot take.Hilarious how far fanboys will go to discredit other brands because they feel the need t make their brand feel superior, very pathetic.
Bullshit and I say that as owning CW on both consoles, what's your credentials? Oh wait a next-gen speculation faithful member... nevermind. And then he tells me to get exerciseAre you some kind of elite esports player shaving off every millisecond?
Tiring? get exercise if a video game controller is tiring you out.
The already excellent gunplay in cod just goes to the next level by feeling even more connected, that’s all there is to it.
Anybody that feels it out of place, probably needs a few more rounds in to adjust.
I don't get it. I just went to TrueAchievments to see what I have played in 2020. I didn't finish all of them, but here is the stuff I enjoyed:
2 JRPG, 8 ARPGs, 6 WRPGs, 6 Soulslike, 7 Open World Games, 4 Metroidvanias, 4 Rogue-likes, 5 Racing games, 9 side-scrollers, 2 Turn Based strategy games, 4 Online Sandbox games, 3 Survival games, 2 Competitive, 11 FPS, 2 TPS, 9 Puzzle Games, 1 Management Sim, 2 Sports games, 5 Racing games, a Space Flight Sim, A Fantasy Flight Sim, 2 Kids games, 7 point and click adventures, 3 survival games, 3 looter shooters and a freaking Tetris game.
The kicker is that I had to buy only very few of them.
Go play barbie horse adventures you puny nerdBullshit and I say that as owning CW on both consoles, what's your credentials? Oh wait a next-gen speculation faithful member... nevermind. And then he tells me to get exercise
Oh well, it is really a matter of perspective. I bought Ps4 Pro to play Sony exclusives on it. Ended up playing 14 games over the years and I think only three of them were truly essential. What they mean is those are the only noteworthy games (often AAA, exclusives) that move the needle for them. To many, third party games on XBox are irrelevant because they can play them all on a platform that receive needle moving exclusives on a regular basis.
That's the issue and I'm hoping that will change with all the purchases they made with Bethesda, and other RPG studios they bought out. It’s always been a shooter console
I play FPS when I'm really bored, I agree it's washed out with nothing new to offer. And this explains why I don’t have an XBOX. I was over FPS about 10 years ago.
To be fair, there will be a lot of games coming out this year and next that they haven't even revealed. That list is embarrassing lol.

Mostly FPS games.lots of genres have similar issue
They have increased their studio size to 90 peopleBTW what is Compulsion Games (We Happy Few) working on? Weren't they bought by MS? Haven't seen anything on what they are working on.
