I don't think there will never be a true spiritual successor to SH. Just shadows. Personally, I'm not even sure Team Silent reunited could hit the narrative gold they did with Silent Hill 2. I don't know why I bleet around these forums for something that won't ever measure up, but I'm stuck on this series like nothing else.

I'll still hype uncontrollably and probably litter NeoGaf with all caps threads if I get a sequel (or attempted successor) though.

Normally From doesn't take this long with their Souls(like) games. Like DS3 was announced at E3 and we already saw a gameplay trailer and everything by the time Gamescom came around. Sekiro didn't take long either, so I think it's either Corona delayed or worse: development hell.

I think they might actually have a deal with Sony to not put too much attention on Elden Ring until Demon's Souls is released. My guess would be The game awards for Elden Ring gameplay. but it's just a wild assumption. Could be your reasons as well

Prima 1? I'm guessing north of $700 then. They're expensive.

I've bought enough high end collectibles to not do it anymore. The paint jobs are never as good as in the product images, and when I have to repaint and add details myself, it's not worth what I'm paying.
