Ah, sure, sorry. It says the input signal is out of area. It then says the current mode and changes to the signal on my computer.

It looks like your display doesn't support 50Hz pal correctly, but that's strange, because if you bought your TV in Germany PAL signal should be supported. Maybe you are using monitor instead of standard TV?

It is a HP 24es, so yes it is a monitor. 50Hz not being supported was also my first thought. Is there a way to force 60Hz?

IDK man, maybe there's a way to mod PS2 to NTSC 60Hz system. There are upscalers that can output 1080p 60Hz signal from PS2, but you would need to find component or at least S-Video converter, because otherwise picture quality from composite cable will be really poor. I think it will be cheaper just to buy small TV that support 60Hz. Small 720p LCD tv's are cheap, but if you have some room in your place you will get awesome picture quality from CRT tv, and you can probably find one for free :p.

It is connected via component cables through a VGA box. Thanks for the tipp, but I want the PS2 connected to the monitor for a reason.

Technically I could use my other monitor. It has worse picture quality but the PS2 works flawless on there. Problem is, that I then can't get sound out of my Xbox One (which is also connected) except if plug the speaker into the controller. If I do that the PC has no sound though so I have to choose.

I will show the complete setup, maybe someone knows a solution how to get sound out of all systems without plugging in&out, PC video signal on both monitor and Xbox One and PS2 working when I turn them on.

Monitor 1 is connected with HDMI to VGAbox to component cables to the PS2 and through "VGA 2 VGA cable" to my PC.
Monitor 2 is connected with "HDMI 2 VGA cable" to my Xbox One and via "HDMI 2 DVI" connected to my PC.

EDIT: Aight, got the solution now. If anyone knows how to force the PS2 to output in 60Hz, then I am interested in hearing that too.
