I havent watched clips of him for years, so I have no idea what he is doing.

I dont think I wathed him after his crappy Destiny Review.

Plus He was annoying and loud.

OAG manages to find good stories on woke culture and how it's taking over the West, but the actual articles are horrible. Like for example if the story is about homosexual characters/people you can bet it will contain a rant about how the gay community is responsible for spreading HIV.

OAG did more harm than good even if you buy into the extreme extent he takes the whole '' anti-SJW '' thing. He was like every negative stereotype in one person and one website.
He was also a major hypocrite, he claims that he was against '' politics in gaming and game journalism '' but his website was nothing but politics and he also wrote articles that were just political and had nothing to do with gaming too.
A lot of them were just sucking off Trump and weird articles about Jewish conspiracies and shit like that...
I mean I hate mainstream game journalism too, but OAG was far worse in every way.

It always annoyed me too how when you got mad about censorship you'd be accused of being an '' OAG:er '', people used that website to discredit people talking about those things.

I remember that sometimes i've came across the website years ago and it was finey at the time, I think it was during the height of GamerGate. Recently came across again and it had turned into the nazi LARPERs of 4chan /pol/ even in the comment section.

Not really surprised that this was going to happen, there hasn't been an article from them for a week now. Billy did come off as an edgelord and seem a bit racist. A shame because there were a good number of articles.

Sites like OAG should exist to balance the 1000 left leaning SJW gaming sites like Kotaku and Resetera
Unfortunately, a world filled with extremes is still not balanced.

I'd be very glad if this was true.
Propaganda sites like these, which try to use the medium of gaming to spread their inane agendas and don't care about the games themselves, simply shouldn't exist, no matter if extremist left (as most like Polygon, Kotaku, etc. are) or extremist right (as OAG is).

I wasn't really a follower of his site, but his articles went from bringing up valid points about censorship and ideology being injected into games to straight up nutty stuff. I think it's a perfect example of how radicals are born and shaped from reasonable people to lunatics.

Good riddance. I remember when this guy's "Traitors Of America" list got passed around. It made me lol but also a tad uncomfortable. Like this dude is so far gone and just not right. Probably should go get some help.

Definitely felt like this guy started fine and just slowly became more and more unhinged as time went on. Just feels like some kind of lunatic radical.

Eh. It is a gaming website the same way /pol/ is gaming related. At one point the guy cared about games being censored I think. Can't say I've been to that website since every comment was basically political shitposts and at that point you might as well go to 4chins with the rest of the reddit users.

lol

I gave it a shot a while ago, but couldn't find any value in going there and haven't been back in who knows how long. The site seemed to take the anti-other side way too seriously for me.

I remember browsing the site briefly for like a year or two after GG. Kind of shocked at all the horror stories on here. Guess I missed the worst of it.

That's where I recognize Strider311 Strider311 from lol, in the comments.

If you check the site without adblock, there's no ads.
Meanwhile, Vice is still active after the criminal stunt they pulled.

Can You Imagine What SureAI Is Going To Do With Garfield?
Dude replied to me with some dumb anti-semitic BS one time and I'm not the type to see anti-semitism in everything but dude was a legit nutjob. A lot of the 12 year old basement kids with the anime avatars with swastikas always came to his defense.

One Spergy Gamer became a joke when they started seeing wokeness in every little pixel in a background.

Good riddance.

OAG was the same as Kotaku, Polygon and the other dregs of internet gaming "journalism", just from the other end of the horseshoe.

Good riddance.
But polygon and Kotaku thrive while this website may be in the death throes and certainly never had their influence. I think we really need to examine why I left wing extremism is so much more acceptable the most people than the opposite.

The movie isn’t just about promoting lesbianism, though, it goes all in on the degeneracy. There isn’t one normal wedding featured in the entire film. There’s a Jewish wedding, a biracial wedding, an interracial wedding, and a lesbian wedding.

What did they mean by this? 🤔🤔

They Overcompensated hard and became edgy. Reminds me of RPG Codex.

Is RPG Codex really that bad? I remember the rpg.net forums bitching about them being a bunch of bigots and homophobes back in the day. Not that rpg.net is any better. They're just as bad as ResetEra nowadays.

I've visited the RPG Codex once or twice and have seen the occasional edgelord nonsense but for the most part they're hardcore rpg gamers.

As for One Angry Gamer, I've read some of his articles bashing sjw crap in gaming and other media but have been blissfully unaware of his more hardline stuff.
