No kidding. The last big product Apple released was iWatch and that didn't even catch on like phones or tablet from 10 years ago. From roughly 2001 to 2015, you got iPod, iPhone, iPad, iWatch. Last 5 years, nothing but tweaks.

All Apple has done lately is coast on annual refreshes, and revenue cuts from digital downloads.

But good on them. They got a big enough following to get repeat purchases and digital revenue, no need to go ape shit doing R&D for the next big product line.

MS simply isn't ready yet to show the fruits of those studios. Halo Infinite was in development 5 years ago, when not even the Xbox One X existed so it's obviously an Xbox One game that is also launching on the Series X with some RT.

Growing your first and second parties and creating more exclusives it's precisely the right thing to do. If things like Avowed look in gameplay how it looked in the trailer, I would be pretty happy with the direction Phil Spencer is going.

Yes and let Sony run up a insurmountable lead on them like the OG xbox. Might as well of folded the division and quit. Better to have a few lean years than being left behind. Everyone is making it sound like the last of us 3, ghosts of tsushima 2 are also coming next year to. But yes Microsoft should of just quit so Sony could of had their monopoly sooner.

its all about GAMES. Sony got some of the best 3rd person games at this moment. They dont have any good launch games when ps4 was launching. Microsoft just needs 4-5 good games to compete with SONY.

Spencer came out after that embarrassimg Halo showing and said 'you should watch it in 4k 60fps, it's really good'. This is a guy that thinks res and framerate = next gen graphics, even if the modelling and textures are straight out of an early Xbox One game. Tells you everything about this guy.

He reminds me of a TV sales guy who sells you on this amazing TV that supports 4k HDR but emits the fact it's processor is weak and motion clarity is trash.

The average consumer wasn't watching the Xbox event. The average consume doesn't know that Avowed or who is Obsidian, the average consumer never heard about the Fable series. The average consumer knows about Halo memes and that the new halo looks really bad.

You really don't know Madden/NBA 2K/Fifa players then, they will be the last ones to care about the diference in resolution from one version to another that likely won't even exist because neither the devs or the players will care about that.

If in 2020 you still believe that the diference in power is going to make any diference I'm not going to be the one to convince you otherwise.

All I know is he came over and played Madden on my 1X and 4k Samsung. He plays on base One with a below average TV.
He can't wait to upgrade but I understand that's one person out of millions.

Power means something to me cause I refuse to build a PC and want to best plug and play I can get.
