Designs are in, E3 is over, board drama is behind us... it's time to VOTE!

We want to extend a personal thanks to everyone who participated in the contest, both in the thread providing feedback and especially the designers who took the time to come up with some original works. You guys never fail to impress, and this time is no different.

As a reminder, here's what is being distributed to the top designers:

Prizes!!!

• Each of the creators who have a design voted into the Top 10 will receive a $50 (USD) gift code to the Threadless.com store as well as one month of GAFGold (limit 1 per creator)
• The top design creator will receive an additional $50 to the Threadless.com store (so $100 total), one full year of GAFGold, and special banner tag (like the staff having "Staff Member" below their normal tag)
• Should a creator get multiple top 10 entries selected, prizes will be given out to 11th place, 12th place, etc (so max is 1 prize per creator, 10 total prizes distributed)

Approved designs will be made available on the Threadless store once the voting has concluded!

Cormack (4) the one with the sword stabbed in flames is the best one bit the rest are all noteworthy to say the least

Edit: looking back, the best one is Melon's. Looks really polished and a nice update to the current logo.

Thank you! I did a version for coloured BGs as well I was hoping it would have been included in the previews but oh well. The PC has a lot of little details in it you probably can't see because the image was scaled down, like it has Believe etched on the front Here's a huge version:

Absolute flames, especially the way Nymphae combined some of the hallmarks of gaming into one logo.

Kadayi 's logo seems like the perfect update to the current one.

We had a bit of a snafu on our end which had us misplace this one when we were designing the thread, however we've since rectified it and have it available for voting.

Please check out his 3rd entry, and remember you can adjust your votes even after you've cast them.

This is a great piece of work however I find it quite difficult to read. the G and F are confusing. Still I really like it man..

I don't think it's very difficult to parse, especially to a Gaffer. I had a few non gamers ask me what the word meant, but each letter seems fairly obvious. I was not trying to design a hyper legible replacement logo for the site, but rather something thematically appropriate that would look good as a big design on a t-shirt. I appreciate your kind words though, thank you!

Kadayi's design gets a vote from me. Simple. However again the text isn't super legible.

PC is out of commission at present and my phone isn't ideal for posting but if you goto the submissions thread you'll find the original inspiration for the logo which was an adaptation of one version of the Wipe out Feisar logo.

Kind of wanted something game related. The text is in the same style which is kind of deliberately obtuse. I did ask people if they preferred something clearer at the time but people seemed happy with it. However it's not a problem to make a more straightforward logo type.

I couldn’t do the submissions because the app I use can’t render in that size, and I could see the difference in image quality from something like your stuff or other more legit people that can use illustrator and photoshop really well. I’m more of a physical artist. I could physically illustrate them but it takes a lot of time. I don’t have the equipment ( or experience ) to really do professional quality graphics, I was just using my phone to do the work. I have to cram art in to my life sometimes
