There are few things I would like to hear but I suspect I will only hear one.

1. Final Fantasy VII Remake (please release this year)
2. Chrono Cross remaster or at least port the version to steam and let modders handle it.
3. New RPGS that are actually good

Please be excited. What I really want is Deus Ex to come back.

I also think that, at some point, Eidos will announce a sequel to Deus Ex Mankind Divided to close the trilogy.

And I'm sure it's part of one of the many projects that Square Enix will carry out in the future.

Among those already announced, and most likely present at E3:

Final Fantasy VII Remake

Dragon Quest XI S

Babylon's Fall
Final Fantasy XIV Shadowbringers
Avengers Project
Project Prelude Rune
Octopath Traveler Champion of the Continent
Octopath Traveler 2

Oninaki

The new IP of RPG Factory

Dragon Quest Builders 2

Final Fantasy Crystal Cronicles Remastered
GYlOZYU.jpg

War of the Vision: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius

The projects that in the future will be carried out in one way or another:

Deus Ex 3
The new Tomb Rider
Nier 3
Kingdom Hearts Re Uncheined X
Legacy of Kain Remake
Bevely Default 3
+ a Bevely Default collection
A new Secret of Mana
Maybe a Sleeping Dogs 2

The new People can Fly project
A new Final Fantasy Tactics (and maybe even a Remastered)
Nier Ghestalt/Replicant Remastered
Parasite Eve Remake or Remastered
Dragon Quest X offline Remake
Dragon Quest XII
World of Final Fantasy 2
Final Fantasy XI Mobile
Dissidia Triodecim (Dissidia NT complete and new edition)
Final Fantasy VIII Remastered
Dragon Quest 3 Remake
Dragon Quest MJ Collection (for Switch)

And the possibilities, desires, and rumors of future projects, such as:

Einhänder Remastered
Final Fantasy X 3
Chrono Trigger Remake, or Chrono Cross
Chrono Break

There are so many games and IPs, old and new, recent and old, that can potentially come back in the future, that it's difficult to list them all.

I do not expect FF VII to re appear until nexgen for ps5 and stadia and all these nexgen systems.

If they show it off they better launch within the year.....

I am still shocked KH3 is out right now.... and FF XV is out also, considering it took them 11 years and 13 years each to make.

About three and a half years for FFXV, and about four and a half for KH3.
(more or less in the average of today's triple A creation time)

Final Fantasy VII Remake will probably be one of the first games to be released for both PS4 and PS5 as Death Stranding, Cyberpunk 2077, etc.. ...

FF7 Remake Part 1*

Remember, they are selling it to us in parts.

We still have to see if the initial idea of game divided into parts has remained intact, during the change of the project from external to internal.

But it is very likely that Final Fantasy VII Remake will re-emerge all the elements of its Compilation, in one way or another.

Between possible remastered of Crisis Core and Dirge of Cerberus, and/or new re-expositions of Last Order and Advent Children.

And probably also new unpublished elements, to enlarge the Universe.

Man, Would I love to see Final Fantasy XVI finally get an announcement. Would make for an amazing surprise for the fans that are eager for a fresh mainline entry and aren't as into the FFVII Remake.

FF VII Remake will be there for the first time in 4 years. So that'll be interesting to finally see what it looks like and how it plays ( hopefully with no target renders.) Expecting an extensive showcase featuring the new battle system, fan favorites show up (such as Tifa or Aerith), mechanics are alluded to, and topping it off with an official release window announcement. This game is %100 going to be on next-gen consoles (as if it isn't obvious at this point.)

Avengers could finally be revealed as well. I'm not a big Marvel guy, so I have no expectations for this one.

Luminous Productions finally shows the next-gen IP they've been working on. Is it possible they've also been contributing to the development of FF XVI?
Hajime Tabata's departure from Square Enix altogether has brought about some concern of production woes once again. Of all the ongoing productions, for me, this is the most intriguing project. In all likelihood, we won't be seeing this title for several more years.

Maybe we'll get an update for the forthcoming Kingdom Hearts III DLC? I'm assuming the secret ending featuring the Verum Rex world will be the setting for the DLC.

It's always best to keep low expectations when dealing with Square Enix related announcements, although I'm confident this one will be substantial, Well, mostly haha

Just because they threw out 7 plus years of FF VERSUS XIII ps3 development and restarted and renamed the game FF XV does not mean it only took 3 and a half years to create imo.

Also KH has been in writing and development for a while, it was just a stalled project.

None of those choices interests me. Kinda boring that you spend slots just for FF.

I would love a remake of Deus Ex Human Revolution though. Or a remaster, or a DQ Monster Joker game(remaster or whatever).

Well it’s what do you expect, not what you hope for, so pretty good poll.

Not really. Making a poll using one Final Fantasy is better than using more final fantasies. Because in the end, the ones who votes for FF will specify which one they're talking about. But hey its not my poll and I already gave my contribution, no big deal.

ULTROS!

People seem to like me because I am polite and I am rarely late. I like to eat ice cream and I really enjoy a nice pair of slacks.
- FFVII R
- Kingdom Hearts III DLC
- Star Ocean: First Departure R
- Babylon’s Fall

We really should finally be seeing Avengers. This is the year where the last one released, now is the time. Also for the simple fact alone that it's about goddamn time too.

Rumors were that it's Destiny like, right? With stealth, melee, shooting, flying etc. SE is taking Sony's slot this time, so I would like to believe that means something. You never know though. Last year was absolutely trash.

Minority here, but honestly, would go crazy if they finally ported FFXIV to xbox. Been in talks forever, and seems like a very smart move to do. I know that's a longshot though.

Started off on ps4, but switched to PC once I couldn't do end game raids on scholar with a controller. All for that thouhh, more people there better.

Show the Shadow Bringers trailer, then a quick blurb about it being on Xbox now too. Wouldn't take much press conference time.

Squares and Microsofts conferences are the most interesting. Probably only ones I gonna see.

I agree.
To date, the Square Enix and Microsoft conferences are probably the most interesting of this E3 2019 to date.

I think there is a good chance of seeing the Avengers project at this E3.
I think it could be shown on stage at Microsoft, as an advertising partnership on the game.
(similar to what happened with other triple A games in E3 2018, with Sekiro and DMC V)
[and therefore hoping it won't become a timed exclusive for a year, as in the case of Rise of the Tomb Raider]

Furthermore, I had read that the writer of Uncharted's games was also working on the project, if I remember correctly.
And that according to some rumors, it will probably have a single player story with gameplay very similar to Uncharted's games. (and therefore TPS / action)

I don't even know if I want a new Legacy of Kain game, I don't trust modern Squeenix to do it properly.

I think that if they did a complete Legacy of Kain Remake, they could be helped by an external team.
Like the BluPoint games, which have already worked on some excellent restorations such as the Shadow of the Colossus and the Uncharted trilogy (with the Nathan Drake collection).

It would be an interesting hypothesis, from my point of view, if it happened.
(albeit expensive as an operation)

Seriously what did that tweet say?

I didn't notice that this tweet was deleted.
But, if I remember correctly, the tweet said to expect some nice surprises for Square Enix E3 2019.

(and this was said by one of the voice actors who are still working on the Final Fantasy VII Remake project)

Most excited for a new Yoko Taro game. Makes sense for it to be nier 3, but Platnum Games has seemingly so many projects going on. I cant see any other studio doing the gameplay. Might be some be a nee drakengard, or new game entirely.

I dont want to see anything from FFXVI. After the marketing debacle of FF Verses ending up being XV or kingdom hearts, however it went down. I want to see that game when its close to ready.

There's no better time to finally reveal WTF Avengers looks like. All these rumors about how it's Destiny like really aren't helping much either.

Can't really get all that hyped about FF7R when it's still a episodic release.

JohnnyFootball

GerAlt-Right. Ciriously.
If Square Enix gives me the following I'll be happy.
1. Deus Ex Mankind Divided sequel
2. A patch enhancing Mankind Divided on Xbox One X
3. A port of Human Revolution to PS4 and X. They've done a port of almost every other game from last gen, why not their best?

I don't give two shits about Final Fantasy

I expect NONE of those to happen.

FFXVI. Hype.
Seeing FFXVI officially announced to compliment FF VII Remake would be very pleasing. Something familiar and something entirely new. Final Fantay's past revisited and Final Fantasy's future.

It's more likely that FF VII Remake takes center stage, right? FFXVI probably won't be formally revealed until after all of the next-gen consoles are announced.
Still though, like give us an Amano designed logo or something.

FFXVI would be a big shocker, stemming from what I've heard about recent projects at SE, I don't think it will be announced here.

Not many peeps interested in Babylon's Fall, well I thought/think it looked/looks) interesting. And I'm always freaking out about a potential new FF. Hopefully SE don't F'up and make a boring shitter like XV again.

Roadmap to making Square Enix E3 Conference great again.

Step 1: FF7 Remake demo date announcement and subsequent episode 1 release date couple with an in depth look at the way the combat changed. (I don't see no ATB bar).

The End.

Joking

Step 2: No more Just Cause. The last one was so badly done I had to make sure I didn't actually download a 360 game.
Step 3: FFXIV is a great game, but nobody wants to see expansion content for an E3 presentation. Keep it with the surprises and info about unreleased games.
Step 4: Tomb Raider next Gen...Go.
Step 5: Nier 3...just say it exists, thanks.

Announce Chrono Break.

There. Now it's perfect.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.

If Final Fantasy 7R is even close to a release, they really need to spend this conference going into a deep dive of info and answer everyone's questions about the game. Go over combat changes (like you said) but also clarify their plans on making the game episodic by answering "how is this going to be split up?" Tell us how much it will cost. Show us the rest of the cast, especially Tifa. Show us how materia will work.

We almost need a "Nintendo Direct" style showcase just for Final Fantasy 7R.

Hell yea.

I'm somewhat suspicious but also optimistic. I mean they did Hitman episodically and I guess it worked out for them(???). However Hitman 2 is kinda different but almost episodic in nature as well given that you have the missions from Hitman 1 in Hitman 2.

Shit's just confusing now.

I’m actually interested in it, as I said that’s what I’m focused on even more than 7R.

Meanwhile, Square Enix reminds us that less than two weeks are left until E3 arrives.
And with the arrival of new exciting revelations.

I suppose the announcement of completely new games.
The revelation of games very exciting, highly anticipated, and long awaited, by the public and by fans around the world.

P.S .: + two new colors as a clue.

If we get the FF7: Remako demo, then I think we have a chance at seeing an FFXVI cgi trailer. That let's them hype both games without screwing the pooch like they did when they announced XV too early.
