So, there are only four 3rd part titles(one of which is Cyberpunk 2077).
They just started and are only 30 people yet. Don't expect any reveal atleast till 2023.
Miami Street is probably a placeholder. They have confirmed no new Forza this year(they want to take their time with Forza Motorsport 8).

Don't expect too many new game announcements this year from the new studios as far as 1st party goes. It's still to early. Reason being many of these studios were only purchased last year. Most of them will be light teases.
Next E3 is going to be much more hype than this due to the simple fact that we will have new gen systems playable on the show floor, unveiled launch titles and most importantly new projects will be a lot more further in at development at that point.

That might be a codename referring to Halo Infinite. Since Halo is Microsofts biggest and most important IP (despite the fact that Halo completely lost its revelancy over the years)
I do not think you should be taking these names to literal. I personally have no actual knowledge on what's in this list. Just speculation.

Rest are all listed under Microsoft Studios. Well, you just listed four. Its not like all of them have to announce at Microsoft E3.
I personally dont think there is any deep meaning behind those Windows Phone games as placeholders(unless Kojima is hosting it).

I read Dark Tide. It’s free to read on the author’s site. It’s very short. It’s a lot like Alan Wake.
It’s a lot like Alan Wake...a flashlight even harms the enemy who is an ocean of darkness...unlike Alan Wake, the ocean of darkness is a literal liquid that comes in like a tide at night. It doesn’t like light. It can possess people. Sound familiar? The protagonist has a family, I didn’t give away any plot points, but you can see the similarities to Alan Wake, right? Why not just make Alan Wake 2? Maybe they are actually making Alan Wake 2 and are licensing the story rather than risk being sued for infringement? Pure speculation. They are very similar in many respects.

This is the guy who leaked Playground Games and Obsidian acquisition before they were announced. He was the guy who started the IOI and Asobo rumour. Don't remember him being in NeoGaf, but he and ntkrnl are the most trusted Xbox insider. Instead we have fake attention seeking 'insiders' like Braldryr.
