Meh, he's shit but with the amount of cap space that they have they can easily absorb it. It's a freebie second round pick for all intents and purposes.
Brock can be cut in 2018 with only 6 million in dead cap. Half that for a post June 1st designation.

I mean, you don't really lose anything here and you have more cap than you need. You essentially got a free 2nd round pick. Smart for the Browns honestly. Osweiler's contract isn't going to be the difference in them signing anyone, and they can cut him next year

Not to dump on it, but they don't have the assets to make that trade. The browns have the much better picks and were still shooting them down.
