So is Shovel Knight two different games? or do you get both when you buy it?

Treasure Trove is like getting the game + a season pass (all three campaigns plus upcoming King Knight DLC and Battle Mode DLC)

The others are all $10 each separately but don't require the base game.

There we go, we needed to get one of them in before the thread got too long.

You didn't pay attention to the presentation or you're just dense.

Goddamn at that list. Seems the Switch will be my go to for Indie games going forward. My trusty old OLED Vita will finally be getting a break after so many years of Indie fun.

Sure, I know some of them are already confirmed for physical release.

Just trying to chip in about how physical product is going to be a big deal for Switch.

Honestly it's not a huge deal for me considering the file size of a lot of these games means I can fit more on less space. Tho I'll always be pleased to buy physical when it's an option. But I won't be missing out on some of these just because they're digital only.

I give Nintendo credit for reaching out to these indies. I think we all know western third party AAA games may not have a huge presence on the console, but the indies can fill in the gap between big releases. A lot of these indies are best play on mobile and the Switch seems like the superior platform for them.

Well, I just sent another email to Nintendo. My first email, just mentioned our game with links to more info; this time, I did more of a sale pitch (our best-selling game has over 700k owners just on Steam, Cosmic Star Heroine was voted in the Top 40 Most Anticipated Games of 2017 on NeoGAF, almost a quarter of a million views combined on our 3 most popular youtube videos for CSH, etc.) so we'll see if we get any further this time.

Are there a list of dates for this new list in the OP? I only know of Blaster Master being near launch out of all the new stuff shown...

My List ( For Future Reference)

Blaster Master
Hollow Knight
Pocket Rumble
SteamWorld Dig 2
Fast RMX
Cave Story
Enter the Gungeon
Gonner
Mr Shifty
Jackbox Party Pack
Graceful Explosion Machine (???)
Shovel Knight (??? I have the PS4 retail copy)

Shit... those are some dope ass games.

I'll buy any of these if they get physical releases. Might have to think a little on them if they're digital only.

Redout is getting Physical. Nicalis also hinted that Cave Story and 1001 Spikes might get some too. Yacht Club said Shovel Knight won't get physical until King's Knight campaign gets released

Buying the 200GB memory card was the right choice.

Definitely interested in a ton of the games coming to Switch.

I hope Nintendo gets their shit together with eShop sales this gen. I want so many of these, but can't afford all of them at full price, and eShop sales are usually terrible. I'd also like to make Switch the primary platform for some games I lready own, like towerfall, but I'm not paying full price for that again.

Not too much interesting...
Possibly RIME, Yooka-Laylee, FAST rmx and Snake Pass (from that picture of logos).

It's not the space that concerns me as much as wanting to be able to share these games with my wife once she gets her own Switch. If Nintendo had a family sharing option, I'd be all over digital for every indie game.

Hope you guys will buy Pocket Rumble, it deserves more love.
Buying it day 1. It looks great.

In general it's like, I thought I'd have nothing to really buy after launch until the end of April and thus could save up money for some dragon dildos a new laptop. Why do you do this to me Nintendo

FAST RMX is going to be something special.

Releasing on launch date, HD Rumble, $20. I really hope it has a sizable attach rate. Same for Snipperclips.

I wonder how long that 64GB card I bought last week will last me. "I won't need anything bigger for a while!" Lol...

Nintendo understood perfectly the situation. Without a lot of third party AAA titles, but with the power of their brand and their first party games, Indie developers find a perfect environment for their works on Switch. The console is even powerful enough to handle the same version of the games already developed for PC and other machine without any problems.

Eshop will focus a lot on these titles and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of indie games will have a retail release on Switch (like Binding of Isaac and Has Been Heroes).

And DUCK GAME JOY-CONS MADNESS IS HERE GUYS.

Would love to see CSH come to the console!

If your game comes to Switch, I'd be glad to double dip on it.

So you're only allowed to post if you're going to be positive about something on GAF?

If he expressed negativity as he doesn't feel the games, he can post it. He shitposted by saying all of these are already on other consoles (which is straight up false) where most of the games are timed exclusive/exclusive/with exclusive features,.

Ah, yeah that does sting a lot. One of the things I'm not too keen on about the Switch right now.
