Currently in my basket:

- Resident Evil 6
- Metal Gear Solid: Phantom Pain
- Rainbow Moon
- Resident Evil
- Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment
- Final Fantasy Type-0 HD
- Dragon Ball Xenoverse

Any games on the list that I should veto, along with any other suggestions ?

Already own:
- Digimon Cyber Sleuth
- Gravity Rush Remastered
- DmC

All three are highly recommended.

Thinking of buying Steis Gate for PS3. Read about what the story is about and it really intrigues me. Is the story as good as everyone seems to say? Should I wait for Steins Gate Zero (I think I read somewhere that it includes a remastered version of the PS3 one)?

Also, do you think that the PS2 games on sale will go much lower? I mean, Okage is 5 or 6 euros.

Since you already played most of DS2 definitely go for Digimon.

Since you already played the original DS2 I'd say go for Digimon, I'm finding it to be a lot of fun despite being a Pokémon guy myself. Grinding doesn't feel like a chore because you get rewarded the more you fight the same monsters, it looks pretty clean overall and runs well. If there's something to be pointed out is that so far the game has been an absolute cakewalk but there's an Hard difficulty setting.

EDIT: Yian you ninja ;(

Thanks!

I'm forcing myself not to buy anything.

I want
Tears of Tiara II
Lost Dimension
Natural Doctrine

I will resist the urge to buy. I will.

Can someone give me some feedback on Monster Monpiece?

It's a promising card game at first, but it's incredibly unbalanced. I beat the entire game with one type of deck I made at the start and one strategy. I only tweaked it with more powerful cards every now and then.

The story mode is okay, although it overstays its welcome. Can't comment on the multiplayer. MP could probably make it a bit more interesting but no one plays it anymore. As much as I like lewd games, I can only recommend this if you really want to rub some waifu cards.

I believe the RE/RE0 bundle is on sale, get that. RE0 is a great game.

Monster Hunter Clone mixed with some Lost Planet. You can use AI partners (that are actually pretty good) if you can't find anyone online.
Great music and atmosphere. Visually gorgeous. Very unique take on the a monster hunting game with its story and presentation. Definitely a must-have Vita game.

Hmm, thanks

I just picked up:

Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions
Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together

But now I'm seriously considering getting Freedom Wars and maybe Soul Sacrifice Delta as well, but I don't have time to play them right now

I'm guessing they'll be on sale again at some point, maybe for even cheaper, so maybe I'll hold fire on those two

I'm about to buy MGS 5 (haven't played MGS since twin snakes) and DmC (hated 4). I will if no one tells me I'm making a mistake.

I will, GAF.

DmC is well worth the purchase, irrespective of whether you're a fan of previous entry's or not.

I've spent like £150 on Japanese games the past couple of weeks and I'm still tempted to pick some stuff up. I really want FF Tactics and Tactics Ogre in my Vita, and I kind of want to get Ninja Gaiden 2 on it as well.

Picked up RE6 for £10.

I distinctly remember buying it for the same price on PS3 a few years ago on sale and never playing it. Hoping to actually get around to it this time as it's the only mainline entry I haven't played, and I was around for the original in '96.

Asked a couple pages back and didn't get a reply soooo:

Are Dark Cloud/Chronicle and Rogue Galaxy 50hz? If so I'd be better off just buying them with an NA account. Okage couldn't be as it was NA only on PS2.

Is Valkyria Chronicles 2 good? Loved VC Remastered, but heard the sequel is grindy. If I power through the main story and ignore the rest is it good fun?

Other than those I have Final Fantasy I-III, Tactics Ogre and Muramasa Rebirth in my basket ready to go <3

I am curious...the EU version of Suikoden II on PSN is supposed to be the one with less bugs than the U.S. release, right?

it would be weird if they were selling the other version instead.

Rogue Galaxy or Okage, guys?
I really don't have the time to play both.

Okage is shorter and a more unique experience. Rogue Galaxy is more rounded and long. Can't go wrong with either so pick according to your circumstances.

What's the verdict on Type-0 HD for £13.99 ?

You have to be a fan of old PS1 FF games and be all right with jank (so basically, FF8). If that's you, then it may be the game for you.

Only a couple dollars cheaper than retail launch prices lol but yeh I suppose digitally it's more reasonable 😜

FYI all, I just picked up on this, but the Web store doesn't seem show the ps+ prices, keep that in mind.

I noticed this when looking at the list again and saw Re6 for $20, when I purchased it for 17 last night.

So yeah Dragon's Crown is gone and won't be coming back, from NISA at least

I guess people should buy NISA/Atlus titles while they're still there

Oh wow, what are the other notable NISA/Atlus games I should grab before it's too late?

Persona 4
Persona 4 Dancing All Night
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir (I'd assume there's at least 1-2 years until that's gone though)

There are other titles which were published by ATLUS in NA but are not actually made by ATLUS, so I have no idea what the license situation is here, as NISA could have licensed it directly from the JP publisher

Lost Dimension
Dungeon Travelers 2
Tears to Tiara 2

Keep in mind the main story is bad.

Since we are not getting any new VC soon, I'd say go for it. As bad as VC2 is, it's still a VC game, which means you can squeeze plenty of fun out of it.

I have Persona 4 (playing it right now actually, I'm 45 hours in, awesome game)

I'm not really interested in the others, and will get a physical version of Odin Sphere Leifthrasir (on PS3 or PS4)

I'm trying to buy stuff but it tells me I need to update my billing info. When I do it, site wants me to relog. Than error happens and I need to enter my billing info again, and it either just sits there or it says please enter valid credit card number (which is valid btw)

I plan on buying a few PS4 and Vita games, so buying from webpage would be ideal

I just bought Natural Doctrine for ps4. I know that I might not like it, but I love srpgs, and we really need some good ones for consoles.

I have some questions about guilty gear Xrd and Blazblue chrono phantasma extend that I would be grateful if some one could answer them.

I have never played a fighting game but I'm willing to try one of them at these discounted prices. Can anyone say if one of them are more beginner friendly and if the stories on these games are stand alone or part of a larger narrative? Thanks in advance.

All I know is DO NOT buy Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN. The EU version is gimped without updates or DLC. There's also a sequel out already (Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator) which actually is getting support in EU.

Had to grab $85 PSN bucks. Just nabbed it. Downloading now.
