I'm very iffy on it. On one hand, I want to trust Pixar because they usually bring out great movies..on the other hand, I'm just not impressed by the trailers or the concept at all. I feel like they could come up with something better.

If this is true I'm actually surprised that they went with Inside Out for a instead of Toy Story for a Pixar themed world. I guess a Inside Out world being confirmed doesn't necessarily mean there can't be a Toy Story one too, but I feel like there probably only going to do one Pixar world in KHIII. I really hope there is Toy Story themed world though.

It'll be like Inside Out where there really isn't a central villian or anything. More of a fun emotional ride. Got to see an early screening last week where they showed us bits of the movie as well as the BTS for the animation process. There was a tear inducing scene thrown in there as well. It'll probably do as good as Inside Out. The movie had a shorter production time than normal

I typically find an hour of people talking about a game they can barely show anything substantial for to be worse than waiting for a longer period of time between high quality trailers.

This isn't anywhere near to the Closed Mega Theater stuff they did in the past. We never got some of the stuff shown at those things, officially. This event has a few hour embargo after which we'll probably get fan impressions as well as more official stuff.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Chicken Little unreleased in JP at the time of KH2's release? They're working much more closely with Disney than they were back then and the game is still probably almost a year away from release, so I don't think it's unfeasible to imagine at this point.

Edit: Just checked, Chicken Little released the day after KH2 did in Japan.

Yes, you're right about the Chicken Little fact. It's certainly possible for them to include Inside Out if they were able to do that with Chicken Little. At this point, the bigger issue is that it's a Pixar world, now that's something we haven't seen.
