So my guess is that Canada just isn't considered part of North America for this test. Not really possible for people to get in, get kicked, and get in three times while no one from Canada gets in.

Her jump MP knocks down in air to airs, and it's cancelable into her air lightning legs for an air combo.

You can also land her super after knockdown air-to-air jump MP.
