This ignores that Max was getting bodied by errors day1 and day 2...and JUST started to get matches.

and since I've gotten in 2 times in a row now, it may be a once you get on, you are good type thing going on?

I have no words to describe how good it feels every time I punish a full screen Hadouken with Judgment Saber.

I'm so happy with Nash, holy fuck. Even without any invincible reversals.

Max hasn't been able to get in ever since the servers reset again

So yeah, cut the bullshit
 
Finally got kicked. I know another pro I was watching said this, and I can't even remember who it was, but I do feel like something is missing. Something extra to spice this whole thing up. I enjoyed my time overall, though, and holy hell is the netcode super solid. It felt like playing offline. So weird.

I'm sure plenty of things will be adjusted, but as it is right now, Ryu is funky. His tatsu doesn't cross up anymore. Doesn't hit coming down in a neutral state, even. It's just weird. His stand short is a pathetic looking (and reaching) elbow. The pushback for each blow ensures it's almost impossible to connect with beyond going right into his TC. The weirdest thing is how neutered his low forward is. It literally has the same exact reach as his crouching heavy punch. He just feels so plain right now overall, idk.
 
should i wait for the next sf5 mad catz ps4 fight sticks to come out or are the hybrid ps3/ps4 ones good? i heard someone saying they might be some issues with them

I just got in again while Max is still getting errors. Guess I must be on that white list, huh?

Everyone got bodied in the beginning. I'm arguing that the preferential treatment marketing campaign didn't start until today.

Possibly, I don't know enough about the topic to know about this particular bit, but I'd imagine it's not as consistent or reliable as FGCers?

Admittedly, it would be very helpful to know how long the regular people have been able to play, how often they could log in, etc. I probably should have included this concession in one of my 3 or 4 earlier rants, but I'm just a bit too pissed (Hell, I still am)

Got on for about 5-10 mins yesterday and like less than a minute today before getting booted due to servers being reset immediately after I finally connected.

I've been on for about 6 hours and have managed to get back in every time the servers were reset.

I'm not saying people definitely aren't whitelisted, but I definitely am not and I know Joe isn't.

I think that was what they were going for with Ryu. Solid, Safe...and boring as fuck lol. He does need something else tho as all of the other characters kinda style on him (and Chun Li) in terms of just pure stuff.

I don't think that means anything. I was getting that error earlier today and wasn't able to ever witness any title update downloading. I just let the turbo ride and eventually got in.
 
Tried it several times since the beta started and didn't get in once yet. Beta or not, this shouldn't as frustrating as it is.

How ridiculous. I like Maximillian, I really do, but this is now, what, four times he was able to get in relatively pain-free? I have literally been trying since 2:00 PM CST and got into two 10 minute training sessions and that's it.
 
I just restarted my ps4 and got the 10003 error.


Update: just got the update error (2100a), but i dont see any update on the download section and via the "update search" i got "you have the last.version of the game"

Update2: now.getting unable to login to game server (21007)
