Is there anything special you have to do to get the MadCatz TE2 to work on the PS4? Mine only works in-game when I switch it to PS3 mode (in SFIV and MKX). BUt its not responsive in PS4 mode. Is there some kind of controller pairing I have to do first (even though its wired)?

Mine took a little while to get it working. I think it has an invisible patch. Plug it in with ps4 mode on, and wait a little bit. Hopefully it will work.

I've had a pre-order on Amazon since January and still no code:

Based on this thread it sounds like Amazon is having a hard time getting codes out to people unless you hit up chat support. I'm not going to have much time to play the next few days so I'm thinking I'd rather see if they end up delivering it at all before 28th.
