My Friend List was already damn near the 100 codes limit with Animal Crossing so I'm gonna need to delete some of them to make room for Smash Bros :(

Why oh why must we have such limitations? Nintendo step up your game please

You actually have to hit the names where the picture is still undiscovered. It's pretty challenging actually. Just managed to get 99,43% with Mr Game & Watch, the top-right corner was too hard to reach :(
 
Just finished unlocking all characters and stages this morning after a full night of playing with friends. Holy shit this game is good. Smash run is fantastic with 3 other people.

I actually got 99% without even knowing how to do it right with Robin, Elfire travels down the screen which helps in clearing a whole column.

(make sure you hit every part of the picture because that's how you're actually supposed to do it)
 
Ooh lawd, that Charizard rock smash super armour though... Yesterday night I got wrecked by a Charizard who would constantly throw me off the stage and guard the ledge with flamethrower + rock smash, and since the latter contains super armour every time I hit him on the way back up he wouldn't flinch and just send me flying again. It was my first night playing Smash 3DS, but I had no idea how to get back up.

It's so hard trying to find a main with all these characters, so many options and For Glory Little Macs keeps punishing me hard when I try to figure out how to play the new guys. I'm starting to get good at dealing with Macs though, they really have 0 recovery. Anyone have tips for using Pac-man? So far he's one of my favs, however I have a bit of trouble using the fire hydrant to it's full potential. Most times I hit someone with it on the way down, but afterwards people usually just send it back flying to me or the water pushes me away and breaks what I have going on.

When you get close, blank areas will start blinking. It can be hard to see but look for that. When you get 100 the whole picture will flash for a second so you know you got it. Only attack the credits when they're over the blank areas.
 
Yes!! Smash works on the office WiFi. Time to wreck nerds and get paid for it.

My main Toon Link is SO GOOD. SO GOOD.

Really enjoying Greninja, too. Robin is forcing me to actually learn how to perform tilts instead of smashes. Disappointed in Palutena's standard moveset.


Also I'm surprised not to see many comments about the Mii Fighters. They are pretty good even without any equipment.

Yeah. I was pleasently surprised with MK8s online. The GAF community was always full and quick to get a game (at least it was closer to launch). Would be awesome if the Wii U version had them. Just make a GAF tournament, set the rules to be whatever (vould have a 1v1 for glory like room, a 1v1 with items etc) and then just join it when you want to play against some guys. As it is now it's such a hassle to play against GAF.
 
How likely is save corruption for this game?

Mario Kart 7 was notorious for it especially online. Going to your home after a match can potentially wipe your entire progress.

Where is the save file located in this game? In the SD card or in the physical cart itself?

Have you guys seen Ganondorfs chaining chokes lately? Its almost a chain grab if you make good tech chases. Been on a laggy match with a good ganon/marth player and I was impressed. Shame it was too laggy for us to play well...
