Demo is pretty short and hard, full mode is more enjoyable and really hynoptic with some of the 'skins' (levels)...great digital game to have but each game can last quite a while - good for zoning out anyway, and the core gameplay is great, you get better the more you play too.

I wanted to give it a try (mostly to do stuff in the video but also to do a bunch of nothing as a game ) but got put off after hearing how it was cutback. Will be nice to (eventually) get to check the fuller game (hopefully that's what it is).

I don't play it a lot these days (each game lasts like 2hours for me) but when I do I love it and I'm instantly sunk in. I know other people get the same way. It's like you're focussing on the puzzle and a world of shit is going on in the background that you don't really focus on so your mind is taking in minimal amounts of the detail (which means you imagine it as different things (even though you are barely focussed on it)) as you try and figure out the best positioning for the blocks in the narrow time-window you have, before they're wiped.
Puts you in a great gaming trance (so does TxK after a while, bit harder though), especially with the music and sound effects that tie to your actions and fit in with each song/skin.

I consider it too much of a classic game (especially of the action puzzle type) to get rid of. It's pretty much gold standard.


Check out other reviews and comments/videos as I enjoy lots and can sell the best parts to you quite easily lol. Not that I'm wrong in any way, or ever have been*

But because there are so many games to choose from these days, you need something to grab you from the get go. Don't worry though, I'll be getting it one day

New Farming Simulator on Vita would be awesome. The mobile version they ported over was a fun way to unwind.

Also, just beat Left Behind. Short, but great. I suggest trying to go through it in one sitting.

Farming Simulator 14 is apparently coming to Vita. It's still a cut down mobile release and not the full version, but has more features and content than the old one.

Make sure the arrow symbol on the charger is facing the logo on the Vita, otherwise it won't charge.

Just read that you were charging while playing, yeah this is probably it - read it a few months back here. I think just give it a while. Has happened to me once in the first year, not since. - I usually play on low brightness, that probably has an effect on heat, I also still charge while playing sometimes.

I doubt you'll even need to charge it really, but perhaps if it doesn't turn on, plug it in for 15-20 mins then try it (also via the hold power button down method - if normally it doesn't work).

Yeah I'm getting nothing... let it sit for about an hour and then started charging it about 20 minutes ago... no PS light, no response at all. Tried turning it on, then holding the power button for 30 seconds and then holding the power, PS button and R button to boot up in safe mode with no luck... looks like I may be out of luck. If it doesn't work out thankfully it's still under warranty so I can get a replacement tomorrow anyway.

Has anyone had success accessing a store from a different region on the PS4? For example, someone with North American hardware making a European account and using that store or vice versa.

I know this works fine on the PS3/PSP, but I'm not sure if Sony has restricted it on the PS4. I'm looking forward to picking up some Japanese PSN games when that store launches and am wondering if I should even expect that it will be possible from North American hardware.
