So I'm getting pretty frustrated with Sony's Wallet "solution". For the last four hours, I have tried to buy credits for my PS Vita. I have tried various ways to enter my credit card details, but every single time it comes back with the same error
I have tried on the PS Vita and on the browser. I have tried my Visa, my Amex, my wife tried her Visa, nothing works. I suspect it has to do with a crappy address lookup, that PSN limits to a fixed amount of characters per addess line, while our address on record is pretty long.
Amazingly, Sony is the only company with this problem - I am absolutely confident my credit cards are just fine, since use them online successfully for everything - Paypal, Amazon, Hungry House, eBay... All of these seem to be able to parse the address, but Sony, no.
The last 15 minutes I have been trying to get customer support, but the UI for finding that is as good as the credit card experience.
Am I doomed to be able to never give Sony a penny?
The credit card information is not valid. Please check your entries carefully.
