No new studio this gen so far, I wonder Sony will grow WW studio again.

Don't they have 10-12 internal WW studios?
More than enough for them to manage right now.

Some studios like Bend and MM have to step up to the plate with their first PS4 releases.

Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo haven't bought a new company for awhile huh?

Last one I remember is MM from Sony when LBP1 came out.

Plus some "satellites" companies, like Clap Hanz for example.

WW studio really growth these 2 gens, not quite match Nintendo but definitely a force that can't be ignore.
