Once I worked a shift so long that when I called my boss to report into his voicemail before I left it went something like this:
"Hey Paul.....it's Ronito. Got the x issue fished. Finally. Which is good because I drove in at I don't remember <insert 2 minutes of nonsensical mutter followed by 15 seconds of silence> Anyways I love you. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
Dude recorded it and sent it to the team. I learned to send emails.

One day I worked around 10 hours and then went on a date. I was getting in good with this girl but then I got a phone call at 1:00. A warehouse was on fire. I had a first responder roll with the company so I had to get my ass over there. I then worked non-stop from 1:30 in the morning to around 6:30 in the evening dealing with all of the issues that resulted from the fire. So it worked out to around 27 hours over a 34 or 35 hours period without any sleep. Good times.

When I had to travel overseas to the Phillippines for work, I was still getting paid an hourly wage that was continually paid out to me during the entire duration of my flight.
Factoring in that I effectively went to work right away upon arrival and didn't go "off the clock" until I checked in to my apartment, I believe I was officially on-the-clock for somewhere between 31-32 consecutive hours. That probably doesn't count, though as I DID sleep on the plane (although only for two hours at a time).
