Uber settings confirmed. There may or may not be another day 1 patch tomorrow, but this is as close to the final version that we have seen so far.

OBVIOUS SPOILER WARNING as he plans to play for quite a while. Just getting started in White Orchard.

EDIT:

To clarify, Uber=Ultra. They are called Ultra in the UI, but Uber in the INI files.

Are you under the impression that there is some sort of standardisation for PC game setting presets? Or are you saying there is only Low, Medium, High and Ultra in this game?

As I mentioned in the other thread, Hairworks in this version looks amazing. Geral't implementation is like an 8-ish, but the horse, oh man, the horse! Looks so good!

Nah, he is probably not aware that Ultra is renamed as Uber in the final build.

two GTX 980s. Seems like 60 FPS to me. No drops noticed but I'm not watching it much. I can't stand live streamers talk talk talking without taking a breath.

He's probably runnign it on a high frame rate monitor where screne tear isn't as huge a deal, and forgetting how it looks in stream.

Man, hairworks and TressFX has ot be a thing in every game form now on. Hopefulyl eventually on consoles too! So good!

Adjusted that, but fully agree - it would be nice to have it (both) as a standard option.

Am I the only one who, for some reason, is really bother by the fact that Ultra is now synonymous with "highest settings"? It's a very recent thing.

Why not just say max settings? Especially since not all games use the word ultra, like this one. And then peopel get all weirded out that there is not ultra setting.

He's not as bad as some of the others like Dansgaming, but I agree with the sentiment. I generally avoid Twitch like the plague because of that shit.

This dude is actually playing the game and doesn't constantly stop to talk to chat.
